Hamburg, 27 April 2023: Participated in this year’s “Girls day”( https://www.girls-day.de/#) which allows girls from 5th grade onwards to spend a day at participating companies and institutions all over Germany.
The idea is to allow girls to get to know professions and study courses in which the share of women is below 40%, e.g., in IT, science and engineering.
At xChange, 12 girls spent the day filled with sessions on Coding, Design Thinking and Founding. As part of this, they were split into three groups and developed a container game… with the best group winning a spot on our website 🙂
