AST Shipping Pte. Ltd., is an HQ registered shipping company in Sri Lanka, began life in 2009 holding Shipping License to operate vessels and containers in Port of Colombo. The promoter of this organization is Mr.Augustus Dunstan, who is well versed in the shipping fraternity with a vast experience of good 25 years, served for many top-tier carriers including EVERGREEN and carrier ended up with COSCO Lanka as head of sales prior commencing his Own Mission with AST. The company grew steadily within a short span of time and has developed itself into a sizable container and logistics company operating with own fleet and acting as agents for other Principals containers, focusing on the Middle East, Indian Sub-Continent & South East Asian ports. AST Line has been at the forefront of providing service into niche markets such as in Iraqi & Persian ports. With its dedicated staff and with the assistance of a robust IT system. AST Line has been able to provide total services up to inland destinations for its customers in all trade lanes mentioned above. Today we have an agency network in Southeast Asia, Indian Sub-Continent and the Middle East to ensure a very dedicated and personal service to its customers.
