On August 16, 2021, Agility’s Global Integrated Logistics business (GIL) was acquired by DSV Panalpina A/S (DSV). The combined company will become an industry leader in global transport and logistics from a position as the world’s third-largest freight forwarder. With the acquisition of GIL, DSV will have more than 75,000 employees in 90+ countries working to provide customers with the best air freight, ocean freight, road transport, project transportation and contract logistics via one of the world’s strongest network. Together, we will bring more value to our customers than we do apart, and we are now in a better position to lead a sustainable way forward for global transport and logistics, something that is very important to us. For now, it is business as usual in terms of relationship. Until legal integration has been carried out and relevant IT systems are integrated, we are asking all customers to continue to book and track your shipments as you have been doing until now.
